Mini hoops are great for poi-style hooping, isolations, tosses, tricks in ‘ocho’ grip, and two hoops one hand. Also ideal for very small children who are too diddy to hoop, but still want to play!

took advantage of a black Friday offer on these hoops and got a pair for £20!! I opted for etched sea glass and lavender shimmer, these beauties opened up a whole new avenue of hooping for me as I was only used to on body hooping, I’ll be busting them out later to learn the hug weave (hopefully).
